YesUpNet provides a high speed Internet connection with speeds up to 25Mb/s download and 7Mb/s upload.

Q5. What do I need to do after signing up with YesUpNet?
After signing with YesUpNet, your service will be provided within 5-10 business days after signup.
After signing up with YesUpNet, you will be able to use our High Speed Internet within 5 – 10 business days after sign up.
When your service is ready, simply connect your DSL modem and wait for a DSL signal.

Q6. Do I need to purchase a DSL modem from YesUpNet in order to connect?
No! You are not required to purchase a DSL modem from YesUpNet if you already have one.

Q7. How can I get a modem from YesUpNet?
If you would like to acquire a DSL modem from us, you have one of two options:
1. You can visit us at our primary location to pick up your modem.
2. You can request to have it delivered to you. Delivery will require an additional administration/shipping charge of $19.95.

Q8. Is there an installation fee for YesUpNet’s High Speed Internet service?
An installation fee is not required if your home/business is already using a Bell home telephone service line. If you need to install a line, we will arrange for a technician to set it up for your home/business and you may be subjected to any applicable installation charges.

Q9. Is there a referral reward program in place for YesUpNet’s High Speed Internet service?

Q10. Is there a bundle package available to use YesUpNet’s high speed Internet and long distance calling?
Yes there is! In fact, we have multiple packages available for your choosing! Our bundle packages allow you to enjoy YesUpNet’s DSL, phone and long distance services all together for one cost-saving fee! Please visit our bundle package page to see what package works best for you.

Q11. Do I have to be a Bell telephone customer to user your DSL Internet service?
No. Our service can be used with most analog telephone services. For all non-Bell lines, we require the circuit number formatted as LCLXXU######000BCLA000. You can check with your current service provider about formatting.
If you do not have an active service, we can arrange for a technician to install a Dry Loop service for you.

Q12. What do I need to do if I want to cancel my service?
If you wish to cancel your service, you will need to contact us and provide us with 30 days notice before cancellation. You will then be required to return your provided DSL modem within 7 days after termination of service.

What happens if I cancel my service before the end of my contractual period?
If you wish to cancel your service, you need to follow the same guidelines made in Q12. If you are using one of our discount packages, your discounted rate will be voided and you will be refunded your initial payment minus the period of usage recalculated based on our standard rate.
If I move locations, do I have to notify YesUpNet?
Yes, you will need to contact us if you move locations. A $25 administration fee will be required to process your move.
What return do I get on my initial deposit for my DSL modem?
Upon returning your modem, our technicians will analyze the depreciation of the hardware and determine a return value on your $50 deposit.
